Is it not working, or do you find it too exciting to start the conversation? You can also contact specialized healthcare institutions. They can then have an exploratory conversation with you and your loved one, if your loved one is open to this. Your loved one must therefore give permission for this.

NB!

A consultation with a healthcare institution is not always free, but can often be declared at your health insurance. If you would like to have a conversation with a mental healthcare professional you must first make an appointment with your GP. Your GP has to refer you.

Your GP has a duty of confidentiality. If you do not want your loved one to know about this appointment, you do not have to worry.
